Ignazio Gardella designed the Lido seating family in 1965 for the American Bar at the Hotel Excelsior on the Venice Lido. A light structure supports generous upholstered volumes, combining the composed posture of an armchair with the comfort expected in a hospitality interior. TATO returned the design to production in 2019.
