In 2023 a new Beefbar restaurant opened in the heart of Milan, with interior design signed by the prestigious architectural firm Humbert & Poyet from Monte Carlo, who have been able to skillflly shape the project while respecting the history of the place and its architectural style.
Under the imposing nave punctuated by large vaults, the open kitchen, bar, restaurant and terrazzo floor take shape, blending shades of green, black, white and burgundy with a stylized wave pattern, a tribute to Luigi Caccia Dominioni. A half-height dark walnut boiserie recalls the aesthetic codes and comfort of Milanese cafes: like in a theater, the composition features a triptych of Galleria wall lamps signed by IgnazioGardella along with some eclectic art pieces.
