Alberto Rosselli

Biography

Alberto Rosselli (Palermo, 1921 – Milan, 1976) studied at the Architecture Faculty of the Politecnico di Milano, graduating just after the Second World War. From 1950 he combined architectural practice with theoretical research and design across products, furniture and transport. In 1953 he founded Stile Industria, directing the magazine until 1963, and in 1956 served as chairman of the Italian Association of Industrial Design. His architectural work developed within the Ponti-Fornaroli-Rosselli studio, where he co-created many of its projects during the 1950s.
